Cohort Details

12 weeks of resilience-building in community, during the most difficult months of the year (January-March)

Bi-weekly sessions of live group coaching to help you connect to others and shift your mindset to stay sturdy through storms

6 teaching videos to introduce you to tools for cultivating new skills and habits, to be viewed in between coaching sessions

One 30-minute 1:1 coaching call with Krista

Access to communication with Krista and the group for encouragement, support, and refinement
